2022 Wellness Program

After you have purchased the Wellness Program, follow these steps to access your custom content:

1. Click on My Account (log in if not already logged in)
2. Click on My Membership
3. Click on the blue box that says VIEW to take you to a page where the content is.
4. Bookmark the Wellness Program page and you can access it directly as long as you are logged into your account and have an active membership.
