After you have purchased the Wellness Program, follow these steps to access your custom content: Click on My Account (log in if not already logged in) Click on My Membership Click on the blue box that says VIEW to take you to a page where the content is. Bookmark the Wellness Program page and you can access it directly as long as you are logged into your account and have an active membership.
